Michael, you are 1000% correct with your statement. I have always believed that dreams are the first step in knowing where one is headed. However, dreams without a plan, an execution strategy, an arsenal to combat the challenges faced in achieving them, and a set time-line will never become a reality. I think it's key to have ways of overcoming challenges, for some it's God, for others is harder work, and for others unfortnately is giving up. I think that as Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "The Ultimate Measure of a Man is not Where he Stands in moments of Comfort, but where he stands at times of Challenge and Controversy."
