Three Questions EVERYONE should ask themselves

Dear friends,

Recently I had a conversation with a friend of mine, and we started thinking about life and its meaning and where we go from here and etc.. I know I know.. you are going to say, I am going lunatic, but seriously, sometimes it is good to stop, take a moment and think about the following three questions.. I would love it if anyone is brave enough to share their thoughts with me, and I will share mine with you. :-)

Hugs to all,
Pilar

1. if you had all the money in the world how would you change what you are doing in your life?

2. If you had 5-10 years to live what would you do differently?

3. If you went to your doc, and he said, “I am sorry you only have 24hrs left to live” Think about, What did you miss? Who did you forget? What did you not get to do that you wanted?

Some thoughts..

Hrmm.. I guess that's one of those big "what if" kind of questions that you can try and answer, but never really know eh?

1. Well, I'd probably do the same sort of field (IT), but under my own steam. Have always had a million and one ideas but with the effort of working a fairly full-on job I find I need a bit of down time doing other things. So basically: working on my own ideas, same field and back to staying up late and working rather than trying hopelessly to be a morning person ;)

2. 5-10 years to live: I'd ramp up the amount of travel I think.. I'm already doing quite a bit of it but I'm certainly not under any hard timeline. I'd probably be a bit more inclined to speed up my desires to be working for myself too. That and I think I'd be spending more time mountainbiking and snowboarding and the outdoors type stuff that I like doing.

3. Well, this is unlikely for me because I seem to avoid doctors pretty well.. But playing along: Dunno that I have any real regrets (along the lines of "you wouldn't be who you are if you changed things"), there have been lots of people who I've lost contact with that I guess you always figure you'll eventually run into again.. If you have 24 hours you missed out on seeing what happened to them.

Anyhow, some thoughts back to your question.. What are your answers to your questions?
